Most investors sell low and buy high – here’s proof!

Why do masses of investors sell stocks when things don’t look great, and buy things which are at relative highs like bonds? Because we are just plain NOT WIRED RIGHT to be great investors. Don’t take it from me, look at the stats… The masses are selling US stocks over the last 6 years… and buying bonds.

What’s going to happen when interest rates move up (which they will eventually)? They’ll sell bonds cheaper and look for the next hot investment (only to get completely smacked around by the markets again).
Investing is NOT gambling. Investing is more like chess. You have to wait it out, and watch your opponent make mistakes.
